Everyone, big or small, likes to eat chumin. Chaumin is made by mixing red, yellow and green capsicum with eggs, shrimp and chicken. This popular food is now available in various fast food shops, street food courts or restaurants.
I don’t go out all the time and eat chumin. So if you want, you can make restaurant style chaumin at home. With very few ingredients but delicious terms can be made. On the other hand, it takes very little time. Let’s find out the recipe-
Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger-garlic cloves and stir with all the vegetables. Then fry the chicken, eggs and shrimp lightly. Now fry the remaining oil well with garlic and boiled noodles. Stir in the sauce, vinegar, chili flakes and chilli powder one by one and mix all the vegetables, chicken, shrimp and eggs.
Pour into a serving bowl and serve. Before that, spread the pepper powder and sauce. If you want, you can cut the lettuce leaves, cucumber and tomato nicely and decorate it with chumin
